Is this legal?

Seeing as how the shop allows HTML fixing, it is rather easy to create a cover for an item. Would it be legit to create a cover and trick people in purchasing an item? I think not, but is it detectable?

For example - if I put something worth 200~210K as a cover over a, say, plushie, and make the price 99,999, would this be considered as a scam?

And "IP BANNED?"

Why you even want to think about tempting fate like that? Best to think up ways of making points the honest way.

Cause anything you are thinking of has already been tried. Perpetrators frozen and blocked from accessing the site.

It is detectable and I do believe not even allowed in the HTML of shop editing now (you get an error message when trying to save) and moreover it is darn easy to report people doing do.

Yep it's legal... but only if you exist in a world where scamming others is legit

Many things are possible. Some of them just arent allowed. This is one of them, but I think you already knew that.
