Uh, does anyone know what an Icy Negg does? And why is it "retired?"

As far as I know its food, and doesn't actually do anything, but you can exchange it for 2 tokens at the neggery

It's also not completely retired. You can still get them through terror mountain RE's, but they don't stock in the food shop anymore. :)
