Can anyone tell me how long the Secret Lab Ray has been around? Does anyone remember when it was released?

I don’t know the specific date, but it’s been around for most of Neopets lifespan. I think it was added before they has a News page, so that makes getting a date hard. Maybe someone should ask in the Editorial.

The lab ray went live on November 13th, 2000. Well, at least the pieces of the map did 
The Treasure Maps game itself came out in February 2000. The 29th of February, actually o_o
The Secret Laboratory Map is out at last! Can you find any of the pieces?

Wow.. Almost 5 years ago... imagine if you have been labbing all your life... 365 x 5 = ????? That's A LOT

*raises hand* That would be me. Actually, quite a few people I know around here. If I had labbed only one of my pets, instead of all of them, it would have around 1000 hitpoints. *narf* If only I had known.

Well, I joined neopets Aug '00 and was labbing for almost that time when it came out...I still find it funny that I was forced to get lab so long ago.
My pet Calander is what a long year labbie results could be. Though I did quit labbing back in April when I got sick of it. So he's about a 4 year labbie.
Not really a lot...just a pet with high HP. =/
