Neopets going down

Neopets is pretty much going down. 2 out of 3 pages are Red Pteri. It's been going up gradually since a while ago. Anyone else getting this?

Looks like it's random. The problems have gone now, but they'll probably come back

It's happening pretty much every other page for me, and refresh makes it go away.
