To turn, or not to turn? (Lock please!)

So. Since I have found out about mutant pets 2 years or so back, I had always wanted a mutant lupe. But I was in poverty.

So I got money, forgot about it, until recently. Now, I have the lupe transmogrication potion.

Here's my dilemma, turn the mutant korbat, or create a new pet?

My current pets:


K. So, the mutant scorchio is my main paint AND my lab pet. So I can't change that pet. The darigan moehog was from the lab, and frankly, I like it the way it is.

Which leaves my mutant korbat. I like how it looks, but I also want that Mutant lupe. So what should I do? Create a new pet, or use the potion on the korbat?

I'm for changing your Korbat.

I'm not too fond of Mutant Korbats, and it would be nice to leave a reserve spot for some other pet you'll maybe someday want to get.

You've got a fourth pet spot, go ahead & create a new pet to become your Mutant Lupe. If somewhere down the road you decide you don't want the cool-looking Mutant Korbat anymore, or if you want to put another pet onto your squad instead, then you can get rid of the Korbat.

Keeping 4 pets isn't really harder than 3 (well, at least on Neopets).

Well I voted for create a pet BUT! Dont create, adopt instead, lots of nice pets in the pound waiting to be adopted with nice names...

I'd say change the korbat, that way you can save that fourth slot for a different pet you may really want in the future, to paint or whatever. Change the korbat, the mutant korbat I've never really liked.

Well, the argument Xerophyte and FM proposed won me over.

Now my mutant korbat is now a mutant lipe.

I'll probably change it into a werelupe sometime later.

It's a tough decision if you're attached to your old pets and their look. But now that all my slots are full, I'm leaning towards changing some of them, and I'll think I'll be happier if when I do.

Besides, transmogrification potions aren't the most expensive things ever. They aren't plushie paint brushes or anything like that. go crazy.

I have a Mutant Lupe too! Although I thought he looked scarier before the redraw, I still like him.

Definiltey for changing the korbat. I mean if your going for all mutant pets anyways, might as well change the korbat since its not mutant.
