Can you still paint with the Lost Desert Paint Brush?

I know it's retired, and I really want to paint my wocky desert (so it matches with her name) but I wanted to make sure you can still paint pets desert before spending 450k on a paint brush. XD

Yes, you can. I don't know if retired means anything for paint brushes - I think they're even still given out by random events.

Actually, the only truly "retired" paintbrushes are the Stone paintbrush and Glass paintbrush, which you can't use anymore.

The following paint brushes and petpet paint brushes are retired: Electric Blue Paint Brush, Faerie Paint Brush, Glass Paint Brush, Golden Paint Brush, Invisible Paint Brush, Lost Desert Paint Brush, Scritchy Sketchy Paint Brush, Speckled Paint Brush, Stone Paint Brush, Pink Petpet Paint Brush and Purple Petpet Paint Brush. Phew, tis a lot.

But the only ones retired in the sense that you can no longer use them as said above are the Glass and Stone ones. The other retired pbs can still be used and can still be given out in REs and the likes of the fruit machine
