Requesting Graphic Designer & Mall Openings

This is Neopets Related and doesn't fit anywhere else so I am asumming this is allowed here.
(I do not need this coded)
I need a large mall picture divided into 3 parts. The first part will need to say The Hurricane Mall with maybe a stormy neopian picture in the background. The second part will be the shops. The third part will be the faerie shops. The shops that I will need are:

You can use any background or images for these. The faerie part will need to say Faerie Quest Items. Then below that it will need the faeries image (coming up) and below each picture should have their name.

Your graphics request portion belongs in the Open Requests sticky in the sigs board; your mall openings portion belongs in the Bill board. :)
