Five new games this week

Wed Sep 07, 2005 9:51 pm

First, Fitness Squad. It's almost exactly the same as a similar game that came out a few months ago - only the background art has changed.
Easy 3k np a day with a bit of pratice.

Cookie Crisp Ski Jump is also new.
It's not hard, not easy - just there. It should get you about 1k per day, if not more, with a wee bit o' practice.

Foster's: Revealing Video is another one of them thar guessin' games. Mmmhmm. 900np per day max.

Power Rangers: Street Battler is not a particularly fun game. This is also based on an old-school platform from a few games last year. Not really that interesting - I'm not sure how much you can make from it, because I just didn't care enough to keep playing.

Trollz Matching is the trivia-card style of matching game, in which you match trivia cards to names, words, or phrases on the screen. Nothing groundbreaking here, but it does pay. I got about 2400 np from this game, I think those who know the characters better could make closer to 3k daily.

Cool... I knew about the first three, but not the last two.

That "Street Fighter" game was stupid, but it was also my 250th high score. :-)

Thanks for that information :) I do like the Trollz Matching game - easy neopoints!

I love those easy sponsor games:P

Here's a new one - Firefly-Touring Taxi. It gets kinda boring and doesn't give much nps, but it's another game closer to the top gamer avatar. ;)

Two new sponsor games (pulled off of My_First_Little_Pony's petpage):

Eye Toy Play 2: Goal Attack is the first game this week. It's like soccer, but neopets-style. You play a goalie defending sections of a net - it's interesting, can get you 1800 np per day.

Also, Loonatics Unleashed, based off of the Loony Toons-turned-superheros from the show of the same name. Another drag-the-card-style matching game. I got about 2000 np from it today.

I know this is going to sound really stupid, but...

The games released aren't in the games section of Neopets. So are we actually allowed to play them for NP or do we have to wait until they're in the released into the games section?

Or they just on another part of the site I haven't noticed?

They're all sponsor games, which are sometimes only listed in the games area if you're from a specific area or age group. Like Haunted House (singapore), for example - it was only in your games room if you listed "Singapore" as your home country.

You can play these games for neopoints, no worries. I don't think anyone has ever been frozen for playing an out-of-area sponsor game.
