It seems a little mean to take the mickey out of their typos. Have you never made a typo?

*hugs*

Lol, it's cool though, A Pink Rainbow Pool is a bit of an oxymoron!

Actually, I have problems with form/from. But I though it was funny.

Yeah, I'm going into 7th grade too and last time I checked I wasn't stoopid... :P
I remember when they made a typo in the description of Coconut Ice, it would be better if the typo was like this: "Mmmm... coconut mice, the amazingly sweet, amazingly nice treat!"

Mmm, coconut-flavoured mice. Yum. :P

You're not stupid. Your brain will simply be washed of any and all knowledge by the new teachers when you enter 7th. Trust me. I know from personal experience. I've heard that if you wear earplugs during the "7th is a year to do better blah blah", you can avoid it.

forgot to double check

How is 7th grade mispelling zombies?

But my point was that these people were hired to type out basic english, and if they can't do that...
No wonder they can't complete neoschools.

speaking of that off neopia topic. I was in Amsterdam last week and they call corn "Maise". And in Amsterdam they speak excellent english. I was in a restuarant and asked what was in the soup of the day. The waitress was like "chicken, rice, carrots, potatoes, and MICE" and I'm like "what the last thing" and she's like "mice" and I'm like "Mice?" and she goes "Yes the little yellow vegtable that grows in husks." I'm like "oh CORN, I thought you said Mice" and "she goes yes, that's how we prounounce it" and so I explained it to her what it meant in english and she was really grossed out. But let me tell you, that was the best Mice soup I've ever tasted!

:roflol:

Well, coconut-flavoured corn shouldn't taste too bad... but why waste money on hybridized corn when you can buy plain coconut? :P

mistakes happen. That;s human.

Thu Jul 01, 2004 10:55 pm

I find it kind of sad TNT makes typos... I mean, they own a website with millions of users and they can't even double check their writing?

(And in advance to the people who will say "Mistakes happen" and "It's just a typo", it's not that that's the problem, it's that they have millions of users and they're too careless not to check their publicly viewed messages.)
