its supossed to give u a rare artifact, what items does "rare" artifact get u?

Hmm... The picture looks like a Negg, but I've never even seen that, let alone won it

I've SEEN all of these. Many are from the rarer scratchcards. I believe (if my memory is correct) that the negg starts at Faerie Fortune cards.

I'm not completely positive, but I think it gives you an ice-related battle item (Snowglobe Staff/Iced Wand/etc.).

I didn't have too much luck with the five scratchcards I bought just now, but that rare artifact/negg image does appear on the Faeries Fortune Scratchcards like stampsyne said.
