Where can I get a list of Shoyru abilities?

One of my Shoyrus is up to level 20 and is currently being trained to 21 and so far the only decent ability she's learned(besides faerie abilities)is Shoyru Inferno. Are there any better Shoyru abilities? Also, is there any decent Shoyru BD equipment? And should I invest in a Full Shoyru Body Armour?
