dumb question about stamp albums...

My account was iced over a year ago and I recently started 'playing' again, but uh, is there a reason why people can't look at other peoples' stamp albums anymore?

You still can. There is a link to each users stamp album on their lookups, BUT a person has to have at least one stamp in there or else the link does not appear on the persons lookup.
