I just got into battling, but it seems that the bant devil has eluded me for the three/four years I've been on Neopets. I do the wheels regularly, and have been holding a vernax in my inventory since January. Is there any other way to boost my chances of getting stolen from?

I usually play Dice-A-Roo when I have some time to spare. Usually I get my REs and challengers from that, but I've still been unlucky with the Pant Devil. I guess I've got nothing worth stealing.

I don't think having expensive items increases your chances of getting him (unless you're going for the taunt the pant devil avvie). The best way is really just to play the wheel of excitement whenever you can and to play games that require a lot of page loading: pyramids, sakhmet solitaire, dice a roo, neoquest II, scorchy slots and games like that

I've gotten the pant devil on both the Wheel of Excitement and Dice-A-Roo, but still haven't got him as a challenger. It appears that he's now just a random event.

I can't believe it!I've only been on neopets for a month and I already got the pant devil as a challenger I got him of the wheel of excitement.Pretty cool huh yet I haven't been able to beat him my pets need more training.

I got the PD 3 weeks ago, and i started 1 month ago. He's really easy. my neopet was reeeeaaaaaalll weak and i mopped the floor with him. I got him as a random event.he didnt even steal anything...

Neoquest/Neoquest II is your friend. Play them, get lots of refreshes for playing games, and on Neoquest II win some items that you can sell, especially the items on iNsAnE!.
