Change your password AND email address to be safe.
If anyone is in your account, they'll be booted out.

Then possibly email TNT and let them know, just in case the scammer did something they shouldn't, like posting on the neoboards

Special Note: If NeoPets has reason to believe that you may have been "hacked" they will temporarily freeze your accounts just to keep the hacker from getting all your stuff. Why do they do that? Simple: Once a hacker knows your password, they can log into your account anytime they want. Better to have NeoPets freeze your accounts for a few days and give it back to you intact, then to have the would-be hacker log into your account and wipe you out! When the rightful owner contacts them, they will first verify that the account is yours, then return it to you safe and sound, telling you to change your password.

Emm... I did the same thing when someone got into my account, and it's been over a year since I sent my last form to get it unfrozen. I'm thinking of trying again, only with Felicity this time.
