JubJub Clay Sculpture Set - scam?

I won a JubJub Clay Sculpture Set in the latest Mystery Pic contest. When I went to sell it, I noticed there were very few in shops. I checked the TP, and people there are claiming it can get you a real clay JubJub. Is that true, or is this yet another artificial inflation scam? (I'm assuming scam, because I haven't heard of anyone getting a clay JubJub this way.)

it sounds like a scam, but what are you supposed to do with it to turn a jubjub into a clay one?

Well, I got it too, and gave it to my pet to play with and *poof* nothing happened. It's just a new item and a stupid scam.

I am so happy I got this! I wanted it for my gallery and there is no way I am going to try and use it to find out.

You can buy them for around 1500 in two shops (one guy has 20-something for sale). I priced mine at that, too (and it just sold -- that was fast). Another shop has 15 of them for 10k each. Then the few other shops with them have them priced upwards of 30k. It's weird.

I think it's because there are so few shops with them that the prices are really fluctuated like that.

No, that was with the garlic pets.

I dunno. I don't have a kiko or a jubjub. Maybe it does. Prices have gone up to around 50k - unbuyable.

I would think if it did involve that item, the rarity would probably be in the high 90s (like the fruit Chia pops) and it would mention it was magical (like the plushies.)

It's more a inflations scam period.
