This might be an old one, but this is the first time I've seen it.
Soembody provides a link to site where you supposedly rate a 'ccol offers' page and recieve a mystery item, but it asks for your password, so I'm sure it's a scam.

Definently a scam, because of the password thing
I've never heard of it before so I'm assuming it's new
