I can only think of 3 things at this time:
1) TNT overestimated us and made it really hard to get (like some sort of pattern of things to do).
2) It's something extremely easy and we're just overlooking it (though I doubt this since people have tried everything from visiting maraquan pets' pages to scanning the plot for fine details).
3) It's not released yet... It's either a war prize or will be released on tuesday.

I'm still leaning towards the war prize idea.

if it is a war prize there will be chaos, and hate neomail against Featheralley and the others since they will have them before anybody else could

Why would Featheralley get them before anyone else?
If it's a war prize, and you have to buy it with war points, then we'll all get go buy it with our war points when the war prize redemption thing opens.
Unless you didn't sign up/fight in the war. I know it's not fair to everyone if you didn't, but that's the way the cookie bounces sometimes. There's no reason you shouldn't have been able to earn at least one point in the war if you signed up, regardless of your rank.

If it is a war prize, it would be nice if it was only one point! 
Then everyone who fought or supported will get the sidebar!

I hope, if its a war prize, anyone with at least one point is elegabile to get it-I mean, for goodness sakes, when people though up the whole new sidebar thing, no one wanted them to be the next avs, just a nice change in the sidebar! The least TNT could do is make a sidebar equivlent of a clickable av! >_<

OK, I might be over-scrutinising, but they said:

As in fact, I do think it will be part of the war.
I think it requires some type of point amount, so now the people that didnt sign up for the war, I highley doubt they can get it.
As for why cant we get it yet, I dont think TNT has enabled us to get it yet.
They always make mistakes like that.

However it doesn't mean that it may or may not play a factor in it. The text that they choose to use in those cases are misleading.

Really though it is a Maraquan War sidebar...the characters seem to include Maraquan Warriors so it seems that they might be gearing it towards the war and if that is the case it wouldn't be too much to say that you can only get it if you took part in the war...I mean the Halloween one required you to be up at 11:59 NST or you couldn't get it...that is probably harder then taking part in a war that they pushed signing up to for so long.

Hope it is really worth only ONE point so that most of the people of there would get it. I would want it myself... Although i doubt i have much points to spare.

That is insane.. Highest trophy?! That pretty much means only a few hundred or thousand people will get it... That will be horrible.. They will get bombarded with Hate Mails too. Haha
