Well, now I'm steamed. I take the Leaf Shields off my pet Ruki, who I'm about to abandon, and decide to sell them since maybe they've inflated a bit. I expected to get, I don't know, around 5k each. Long before the war was announced, Leaf Shields were 3k.

And now? Well...

The Leaf Shield generally always go up before and during wars. They're apparently really good at what they do.

one of the best newbie shields in the game, and neopoint for neopoint, possibly THE best.

Neither. A reflection on my own mistake and advice to invest in the Leaf Shield rather than codestones or snowballs. I knew the Leaf Shield would inflate, but not nearly to that extent.
