Have to say, its not exactly the best avatar they've come up with. No animation or anything, just a static picture and blinking word. Therefore, it will probably be difficuly to get

It might have to do with the battledome because of the "ouch". But it might just be as simple as getting a clay pet. And I'm guessing that clay is a lab ray only option, right?
