War time for my pet

Im wanting to use my lab pet as a warrior for this war BUT i dont know what to equip my pet with here are the stats :
Level: 4
Hit Points : 18 / 110 (suffering from Neopox)
Strength : GREAT (22)
Defence : below average
Movement : GREAT (22)
Intelligence : average
I want to equip my pet with some cheap but effective weapon and defence items . Any help ?
