Weird Random Event

I was pleased to see that I had received a (bottled fire) faerie in a random event but when I checked my inventory I had received a bottled water faerie...

has this happened to anyone else at all? or am I special

I guess it isn't. I remember getting that, too.
Maybe it's a glitch of some kind that remained unfixed because nobody really thought of complaining ...

I think they rotate the faeries you get just be greatful you got one. All my random events are getting things taken away from the pant devil, or just say your pet wants something you better buy him one.

The faeire in the RE is always fire, i believe. The faerie given is random.

that happens to me sometimes with the tombola, like theres a picture of a bottled fire faerie and when i go to my inventory its water

Yeah it happens. They just claim that you gotten yourself a faerie. No specifications. Actually, there isn't much a difference. You got a fire one just sell it anf use the money to get a water one. Most you lose few hundred np.
