EDIT: Yes, this is Europe only. I had my country set as Great Britain (Back from when they weren't getting the ads...) and when I go to visit that page again, it's Cocoroller instead of the Mobile Downloads.

For awhile now the Mobile site seems to be specific for certain countries. Australia has, for a long time, had advertisements for mobile phone backgrounds (making the coco roller code entry point disappear) although looking over it now the page has been updated to include a great deal more... Looks like Australia applies in this circumstance too

I think they're just making it so you can get backgrounds, music and mini games for your phone. Its not like they would put the whole site on there... though that'll be neat.
