It was collectable #283 Temple Watchman.
Hint: You can Quest for it but it ain't in a game you can play.

This is a NeoQuest character but the image is in a game you cannot play; only collect.

Oh boy, I could show of my geology knowledge and hint about calderas (I actually am quite an expert on them) but I promised to keep it within the world of neopets so...

Totally didn't see the match until I photoshopped it, though! It definitely looked more brown in the image.
