What time past the minute does the chocolate factory restock

I've noticed that shops usually stock around a particular time frame each second, and the chocolate factory seemed to stock around 40-something seconds the past few times I've noticed. Can anyone give me a more specific time frame?

I'm 99% sure it's 5-6 seconds past the minute

Is there by any chance a list for all the shops? I heard the order for the shops changed..
