I wasn't sure if this would go in Neopets help or not, but is it a freezeable offence to tell someone how to get a avatar? I've heard instances that someone's been frozen for it, but I was just wondering.

I assume that if you weren't allowed to tell someone how to get an avatar the description above wouldn't be given for the AC. I've never had any problems helping people out on Neopets (guild, boards, etc). Help away!
