i don't think you can get her anymore caused i tried to get her with my other account which i can't use anymore but i believe shes retired

not sure but i remember getting some kind of error when i beat gormball with the fire faerie

It's a common error and it's easily remedied. What you need to do is go back to the main page of Gormball (http://www.neopets.com/space/gormball.phtml), refresh and just click the submit button and you'll return to your game.

Regarding the Fire Faerie is that you can obtain her as a challenger, however, she can't be fought (she only appears on your found challengers list)
