FAQ page? Since when?

http://www.neopets.com/s/index.phtml How long has this been up? And why didn't they release it sooner? Or publicize it more?

It's been released to the public for at least a month and a half or two (premium users had access to it for a while longer)

It's just an extended guide to the forms ya fill out to report bugs and such, but it looks much better.

My first impulse was to say that.
I saw that page about a month ago, when I wanted to report a bug. I do agree that it should be publicised more, so that newbies will know more about the site.

Huh, I didn't know it existed either. Like Qanda said, it really should be more publicised. They should put the link for it on the bottom of the page by About Us and Contact Us.

omg that's awesome! now people won't think I'm crazy when I go around telling them that giveaways aren't allowed, and that no I won't make them graphics for "tips" or not 
I've seen it once before - they really need to publicize it more. Lots of useful information.

maybe they're still taking suggestions for questions? or its a weird disclaimer somehow, so that even if it says it in the FAQ its not necessarily completely true, and if you get frozen, nope, it was ina Beta, not their fault! (sorry, not in an overly optomistic mood, i've been learning about motor systems and had a needle stuck in my arm, i think it's forgivable!)

I actually posted some screenshots of this a while back on the Unreleased thread when it was released to premium members...I was starting to wonder when they'd take it public, I think it's a wonderful idea!

It looks good, I'm glad they added it. I just wish they had a full text list of all of the questions somewhere so that it is easier to find them/see a full list to make other suggestions.
