my account frozen can give advice ??

Hi ppt forum user,
my username is edhorizon. my account was frozen on 270304. I was scammed the night b4, hence i reported the scam. However neopets freeze my account on the following day. Why ??
I was really scammed. Hope can get my acc asap. So restless when i cant log into my acc.

Generally, if you report your account as having been scammed TNT will freeze it to stop the scammer from doing any further damage to (or with) your account. If you notice, when you try to log-in you get this message:

You MAY have either fallen for a scam or submitted your account information to a fake login page. If you'd like information on getting your account back, please contact us by clicking here.


If you can prove you are the original owner of the account then TNT will be quite happy to give it back to you. I would suggest you start by filling out the form that the message directs you to here: http://www.neopets.com/autoform_abuse.p ... se=account
Just try to include as much information as you possibly can.

I wish you luck, the same happened to me afew weeks ago and i had 156 avatars aswell as a great guide, the reason was for using profanity on the site but the only problem was i was sleeping at the time so i have no idea whats gone on.
I'm mailing TNT everyday including iris, carmen & darcy but i have not recieved one reply up to date yet. :(

I lost my account too for something I did NOT do.Anyway,it looks like these days,the staff isn't as friendly and helpful unlike years ago.I have NFs who lost their accounts for something they didn't do.They reported to TNT,emailed TNT but all they got is automail.I got automail from the staff but that doesn't mean I'm going to give up.

No it means nothing, i think its just the info for tnt themselves as i get it all the time now. carry on trying hun and don't give up ;)
