Yep, I think it was a winter random event ... not sure about the exact details

If anyone gets the RE please post it here than. That was dumb I think for a sidebar, RE are hard to get.

Well, that's the site that I think has the correct random event...I'm not sure though...

I thought people were claiming they got it without such random event and that random event was a fake. The icon is from multiplayer games.

I got it. But i have no idea how i got it.

I remember using it ONCE. on Christmas.
