Can you be igloo garage sale shop banned?

I don't think you can, it has something to do with the url, and how the shop is set up.

I do not think you can either, and I used to refresh there a ton.

I remember when all the main shops were glitching, so everyone went to 'RS' at the Igloo. Some people were there for hours at a time. I don't think you can get banned from it. Maybe it's just glitching up?
