Yeah, so after 2 years on the site, I got frozen. I didn't do anything either. My brother was selling neosecrets to people (an idiotic thing to do and I told him not to) and since I'm on the same IP, I got frozen too, as did my sister. I filled out the automatic forms, but I doubt that will do any good. Are there any staff members I can e-mail directly to try and get unfrozen?

I can't remember them directly off the top of my head, but I'd definately make sure you tell them that you're on different accounts sharing the same computer. Show things such as the account age, and the emails used to sign up.
You can also try snail-mailing them, but I can't remember the address.

Just make sure you have a clear way so that they can define between siblings, cause they could just say something along the lines of "We believe that this one person taking advantage of three names" or something.
There was an occurance like this a while back, I believe the person got their parents to write a letter in instead of them. Neopets is a bit more responsive to adults.

Yep, I have that address, but I'm still not sure which one is the correct one to mail things to. I'm waiting for confirmation in my other thread, but nobody's said anything yet...

That's a hard situation...TNT might not believe you...

Well, TNT is usually pretty receptive when they shut down several accounts on one IP address. I mean, I can say alot of bad things about TNT, but from my experience, they always respond to my emails, and I have a feeling that if you did nothing wrong, you will eventually get your account back. Your sister, too.

Here is the addy I recieved from one of the Neopets staffers.

Good luck, althugh the chances of getting unfrozen are slim.

I was in the same situation as you, but they didn't believe me. I still haven't gotten the account back. Except that instead of at home, it was at school, in a network that every computer has the same IP address. I got frozen for using multiple accounts, just because other people on the school network were playing when I was. I offered them IP address proof (that it was indeed a school), and told them the story, and they replied with "We will not return your account." Just that. Highly unfair. I hope you have better luck than me.
EDIT: In case it matters, my account was also a couple years old. I had put lots of work into it, and had obviously bought Neopets merchandise (I had several items only obtainable through rare-item codes). I had a lab map, and a Draik, a faerie pet, etc. =( One of these days, I plan on sending them a snail-mail with pictures of all the crap I bought from them. And how did they repay my loyalty? The freeze-ray. *bitter*

Snail Mail is definately the way to go, TNT pays more attention to that

I don't think that's as effective anymore. Too many people are doing that now.
