Pocket Neopet Rare Item Code

Okay, I just got a pocket Neopet game, and was going to enter the rare item code, but when I went to do it, all the characters in the code wouldn't fit into the bar I was supposed to type it in! What's wrong?

the deluxe pocket code? It goes in the 15 space(3 slot) one on the left hand side, the top one.

The one on the right hand side are for the codes you get for winning the trophy games on the pocket neopets.

When I enter it into that box, it says the code is invalid, and I just opened the package

all the codes are like that I forgot about that, just use their autoform
