Hi there,

We just wanted to send a quick email to let you know what has been going on with Neopets lately. Lots of new great games and features have been added over the last couple of months, and more are on the way!

This month sees the release of our Curse of Maraqua TCG set and storyline. Follow the adventures of Garin the Foolish as he attempts to re-discover the underwater city of Maraqua. There will be a grand battle for your Neopet to join in where they can choose to help Garin thwart evil pirates, or work for the dastardly Captain Scarblade.

Later on, a new species will be released. We are keeping it all rather hush-hush, but we can tell you it is reptilian, and is not cute!

Also, we've been busy adding great games such as :

* Castle Battles - Medieval Castle-Smashing Mayhem
* Ice Cream Machine - Back and tastier than ever!
* Faerie Caves II - Fyora's latest puzzle game.

Huh, did you stay off Neopets for a while or something?

No, a buch of people got those e-mails, I got one about a week ago, everyone seems to be getting them at different times though.

nope - i play all the time! Odd that folks are getting them at seperate times, you would think everyone would get them at once. Maybe they are weeding out defunct emails with this?

I don't know, I also know that the 2000nps that it talks about was active in Feb. (found out about it Feb 27th or so) And then it showed a link that there was nothing to collect for the at the first of March when I went again to see if it was a monthy thing. Then a few days into March it became active again.

so maybe this will be a monthly thing...or atleast till they get all the e-mails sent out?

Huh...I never got that e-mail. And I just went to make sure that I have the right e-mail adress on my preferences. Actually, the only mail I get from Neopets are my pets coming to tell me they checked out of the lodge.

I just got that e-mail a couple of days ago too but no one else I know has it yet. I guess they're just spreading them out for some reason

My roomie told me she got that email a couple of nights ago. I've yet to get it myself - and I'm the one on Premium! Go figure

i got that email just now and i don't have premium either, only its for my sub account, all my accounts are on the same email, and theres also no icon to click either.. very odd.
