From what I have learnt, you need to send an application in everytime.

Even if it were to be that you only need to send one in--The newerones are probabaly looked at first.

I don't know if it works the same way as the gallery spotlite, but I was told you need to send in an entry each week for that.

Of course, right now my gallery account is not my main account so I can't enter either the gallery or site spotlite, as the new T&C says no trophies, etc. on other accounts

Let's see I entered Gallery Spotlight in October and didn't win till April. It takes awhile, though you can get lucky on Random wednesday.

well, another problem are poems. they have to be about recent new stuff from neopets, so i entered a few times, everytime something about what the day before that got out (hikalakas, new game,...) and that's quiet impossible to win...

Although I guess the would have a huge backlog if they did look at old ones...

Heh, I ment SITE spotlight, not gallery. My Cellblock Gallery was just made 2 weeks ago.

I entered Site Spotlight back in october and won in April and it wasn't even Techo Day when I won.
