I read someone said you have to go for the really cheep items to get anything good, I've tried it a few time and haven't gotten anything good myself but that doesn't mean there arn't good things to be had

If you've got np to spare, might as well give it a shot. I've heard you can get pretty nice items, like petpets and such.

I only go for the cheap items. Whenever I go over 400nps, I get junk. But, I got a white mallard for 128nps the last time.

Yea, it's best to go fro the cheap ones...I once bought a 5K one-bag of gravel...a 2K one was a rainbow rug

theres never anything to buy when i go there. is it only at certain times of the day that you can buy stuff or do they restock like normal shops?

I believe it restocks like normal shops, I have seen it restock on several occasions. Just keep going there.
