Can somebody tell me how to take a screenie, please?

press print screen on your keyboard

open up MS Paint and press ctrl+v to paste it into paint


then file>save as and save it



upload it onto a hosting site like photobucket.com if you want to show it online

you should at least have Paint, try all programs then accessories

I downloaded a free program called Screenhunter from download.com and it works great for me. I can choose a specific area, the active screen, or the whole desktop. It also saves as a gif, jpg, or opens to whatever art program you specify.
