Secret Message at the Beach

While looking at the beach at Mystery Island, I saw a letter in the sand after I refreshed. I refreshed several more times and saw various letters at random times. I saw the letters: K(3 times), Y, B, L, H, and S.
Does this have a meaning at all? Has it just been put in, or has it been like that? Have you seen this strange phenomanon(sp?)? Gawd, I sound like some sort of advertiser or something!

I refreshed a bunch of times and don't see any letters. I did notice, however, that the image URL ended in _753, but I tried some other numbers and came up blank.

Visiting the beach you find, while refreshing, letters that appear in the sand. Using the numbers from the Neohome, you can see which letters you need, and when they appear.

39 = Y
18 = A
19 = K
04 = L
24 = O
58 = B
57 = S
05 = F

When you journey to the other new location, Techo Mountain, it demands a password. Enter the letters HYAKLOB into the end of the URL and the mouth opens, revealing the Techo Master.
