You have received an official warning from the Neopets Team for violating the Neopets Terms and Conditions. Profanity is not allowed anywhere on Neopets (including in NeoMail, the Battledome, on the Boards, in Shops, Guilds, trades, etc. even if it’s from a song or movie), and using spaces, internet slang or symbols to try to hide it is not fooling anyone. I have the feeling I've been framed. I refused to get game avatars for this one guy, and the next thing I know, I get a warning.
I'm so mad right now. Considering all three warnings I ever got were all for something I didn't do.
TNT should check these things before sending someone a warning ...grr

Lot's of people get them for no reason. It happens to me sometimes. You could post a board advertising your shop and someone could get mad since your items are cheaper and report you. It happens a lot.

Yeah, but I don't post topics anymore. And the only boards I went to today were all on topic. I didn't even say much. I just rated a couple of avatars and then got this neomail from the supposed "framer".
I even answered as nicely as I could, even when he started getting annoying.

They just don't have the staff - they just go by what is in the report form, which is easy enough to forge.
I'd be surprised if they didn't get at least 2,000 reported chat board messages, trades, or neomails an hour.

If you look at the URL at the top when you click "Report Message", it has the message typed into the URL; a person who is determined enough could change that URL and file a false report based on that information they entered. And even if they didn't modify that URL, they could probably change the original message in the text box anyway and the monitors wouldn't bother to check it. THEY NEED MORE STAFF.
