What are the rules for hotlinking in shops?

I noticed that I cannot see the background in my shop. The URL for the background begins with "http://home.-blocked-.etcetera Er, did I miss something?

If it is a link not starting with neopets.com, it will be blocked. Sometimes it gets blocked anyways, but meh.
