I accidently deleted mine and i was wondering if someone could post it again, and the steps of how to do it. Thanks again.

div.ban,div#ban{display:none!important;}

Paste into .css file. Open IE. Go to Tools > Internet Options > General > Accessibility. Check 'Format documents using my stylesheet' and choose file. Done.
