I have'nt been on neopets for a long time. Actually I logged on right after they decided top banners were a good idea. Now they have huge ads on the bottom. I can understand the sponsor games and maybe even the top banner but i think it's getting out of hand (yes I know the cost of running so many servers) I won't even mention ppt killing my account after 5+ years. Neopets used to be the one place on the net I could go without being bombarded by ads but no more. Actually it's not even the ads that bug me its the "free ipod" "free ringtones" and all the other junk I get in my inbox 50 times a day that really fry me
