She's a key figure in the next major plot (Not Maraqua)
She's basically a light faerie from the land of Talador which is the main area on the other side of Neopia

I thought it was more like a jewel or somethign adorned into her head, kinda like Jhuidah and her flowers.

Er, it obviously is some sort of gem or amulet...
Also, I wouldn't say she's part of the next plot. TNT have been planning that plot for years now..I don't think they'll get around to it anytime soon.

Ok, so she's basically a Light Faerie from Talador which is on the other side of Neopia. Hmmmm...awwww this is confusing!!

She's the most powerful Light Faerie. Ever. You've heard of The Darkest Faerie, that statue sitting at the bottom of Maraqua. Well, here's the other side, the lightest faerie if you will. The Talador plot will be released to coincide with the Neopets PS2 game.
