Is there any place where they happen more resently than others?

Like in Neopia Central or something?

btw, is it illegal to automatic refresh a page every 3 secs?

Ill try and create a false account and use my dads PC and then see how long it can refresh till the account will get frozen

You know, it's actually kind of creepy thinking that TNT know how many times you've refreshed a page, and what pages you look at, not to mention if you're using a refresher...

None Random Events yet...
