Ads at the Bottom Now?

As I was browsing the Neoboards a while ago I began to notice something; ads were sometimes appearing at the bottom of the screen right under the "Reply to this topic" box. This didn't happen all the time, just every few threads that I viewed. A screenshot of this can be seen by clicking the link below:

The strangest thing about it is that I'm a premium member and not supposed to get outside ads of any sort (the only ones I usually get are the small Neopets-themed sidebar ones).
Has this been happening to anyone else?
