Codestones or dubloons?

My pets currently level 31. Would it be cheaper to train using dubloons(5 dubloon coin) at the academy or codestones(2 random ones) at the training school? Especially with the post-war deflation....??

I've been training a lot lately too. Dubloons are definately cheaper. It might only save you about 1-2k per training round, but that makes a difference. What I did was buy 10 dubloon coins, spend one on an appetizer in the gourmet food place there, and then get 2 two dubloon coins and a 5 as change. I would spend one five, then go and get a one dubloon coin and make a second 5 with the 2 twos. I know it sounds long and complicated, but it probably saved me about 10k in the end.

Just 2 days ago, I hit level 40. Now I'm spending 12k per level.

Use dubloons until you can't any more. It's only cheaper to use codestones after level 40.

Yeah, dubloons are much slower so you'll be able to do only like 1 or 2 per day but it can save you a bunch

there used to be a time when "1 dubloon coin" was worth more then "2 dubloon coin" causing a lot of people the buy the 2 dubloon coin and buy something for 1 dubloon, causing them to make a small profit and a kinda 'free' item
