eminemkid's the username. Yeesh. They could've atleast looked at my shop and known that I wish to keep that account intact?

Has anyone else receieved any neomails like this?

EDIT -
This account has been FROZEN for the following reason:

This account was selling/advertising a 'cheat' or downloadable cheat program.

If you think the above reason was applied to you by mistake, please contact our support staff by clicking here. Don't forget to include your USERNAME and explain why you think your account should not have been frozen. If you DID break the rules, please do not contact us again. Your account will NOT be unfrozen and you will not get your Neopet or items returned. But, you are welcome to create a new account, as long as you follow the rules.

Remember to read our Terms and Conditions thoroughly.

Oh, gee, that was quick. XD

Oooo - the "selling/advertising" bit of the freeze notice is new, surely?

Also how do you tell what an account was frozen for? Is it a premium feature??

Very new.

Log in like you usually do with any password (I tried with dirtylilcheater. Teehee!) and type in the security code, and if they're frozen, it'll tell you. Trust me, I can't afford premium. XD

It doesn't have to be the correct security code either, it can just be a jumble of letters. I usually just type in a's for the password and then hit tab and type in more a's for the code. :D

Actually, you don't have to type anything at all, just click submit and it will tell you.
