Winter theme side bar

Today is randomly dedicated to Winter!
As we won't be doing anymore wintery themed things for a long while we thought it only fitting to go out with a bang. You may notice a slightly different side bar. Everyone will have this bar for the whole of today, and if you can figure out how, you can unlock this bar to use any day or the year

so anyone knows how to unlock it permantly?

Another topic is already talking about, but the hubbub on the neoboards is that you need to get a winter random event where the bori complains about it being cold in here. (which can actually happen anywhere in neopia, iirc)
