How do we unlock the Winter side bar?

As we won't be doing anymore wintery themed things for a long while we thought it only fitting to go out with a bang. You may notice a slightly different side bar. Everyone will have this bar for the whole of today, and if you can figure out how, you can unlock this bar to use any day or the year.

Boards don't seem to have much of an idea yet.

People have searched (when search has been working) for "I love snow" and "winter" but no luck.

Maybe the "unlocking" part isn't active yet? Oh well...

Yes, once you have unlocked it, you can change it in your preferences...but first you gotta unlock it.

Unlock as in like avatars and BD challengers. We have to find out how to get it in order to KEEP it.

Yep, you have to unlock it before you can use it past today...seebelow:
I haven't unlocked it yet...so I only have the yellow sidebar in the drop down menu.

Not everyone has the halloween one. You do have to unlock it. Having it before doesn't mean you get to keep it. Also, it has nothing to do with avatars.
