First you must answer these questions HONESTLY:
1. How many days do you go onto neopets?
2. How many accounts do you have and what are their names?
3. What will you do with Ortigara if you get her?
4. Why do you think you deserve Ortigara and this accont?
I would like her to always be fed and happy.
I will pick the 5 people who I think deserve the account the most and they will have to guess... Something. I don't know yet.

Oh wow! A baby Kougra, too bad I cant get it, I have 4 pets currently and no active other account...

This falls underneath various codes of Neopet's Terms and conditions. Although you're not selling the account, giving away an account is against both Neopets and our rules.
