A friend got frozen, and I need a support e-mail address for him. What would be the best one?

I really need someone that will respond without an autoreply. Does mailto:William@support.neopets.com still work? I can't seem to get through on it to check..

Yeah, right... It works and if you are lucky, you might just get an automated response back... I sure never did.
I heard that mailto:william@support.neopets.com is supposed to be good.

You could try a more general one mailto:support@neopets.com

I have got a add of neo admin mailto:addrian@support.neopets.com . But never for reply .
